Thank you for volunteering for the Primo's Run For Education! It is the support of the community that makes this race so successful.

The next few screens will take you through a process that will let you select the perfect volunteer position for you. After selecting your position, you will be asked to identify yourself so your team leader can contact you and answer any questions you may have about your assignment. If you are volunteering with your child we ask that you also select a volunteer position. Shirts will be given only to those who have registered as a volunteer.

Point System!  Earn more money for your school!

Each volunteer position has been awarded a point value.  The points will be used to determine the payout for each school, not the number of volunteers.  The point schedule is:

• 5 points for Area Captains – They have responsibility for contacting everyone on their team before the race and then making sure everyone is in the right place on the day of the race.

• 3 points for positions on the Race course – they have responsibility for directing traffic and making sure the runners are safe.

• 2 points for Water Station positions along the Race course, positions at the Danville site and some other more difficult positions.

• 1 point for most of the positions at the Iron Horse Middle School site and the positions before and after the day of the race.
