Beginner's Half Marathon Training Schedule!
Have you always wanted to run or walk a half marathon, but never had a good training
schedule? Well Forward Motion Sports, the Bay Area's premiere
running store has put together a plan...just for you!
Whether you want to run a half marathon or walk a half marathon, you can follow
this simple schedule. "2 Easy" indicates that a runner would run 2 miles at an easy
pace, and a walker would walk 2 miles at an easy pace. *Runners and walkers starting
this schedule should be able to complete a 6 mile run or walk at an easy pace.
You can email or call the store with any of your training, nutrition and exercise
related injury questions. We want you to have fun, be safe and finish! We have other
